Spectrum.Life is seeking a proactive, fully accredited Psychotherapist/Counsellor to provide access to professional EAP services, assess client needs, conduct screening and risk assessments, and signpost to helpful resources. This role requires crisis containment and rapid response within a confidential space.

After three weeks of fully paid training, the schedule will be either 3×10-hour shifts or 4×10-hour shifts, with one weekend day worked each week. Fully remote from the UK or Ireland.

Qualificações

• A recognised qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy.
• Minimum 450 post-qualified counselling hours (supervisor verification may be requested).
• Full accreditation with a recognised professional body: BACP, IACP, PSI, BPS, UKCP, BABCP, ACP, EAPA, COSCA, CORST, NCPS, or APCP.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out screening and needs assessments for individuals accessing EAP services.
• Provide immediate telephone crisis counselling and short-term interventions.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records across digital case management systems.
• Be the first point of contact to clients via phone, SMS, live chat and WhatsApp.
• Operate within all policies, procedures and guidelines of the EAP service.
• Participate in team meetings and attend other meetings as deemed necessary.
