Job summary

Tandem Project Management Ltd. is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst based in the Republic of Ireland for a fully remote role. You will support demand reviews, forecasting, data analysis and continuous improvement across supply chain planning for a Galway-based client.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 3 years in demand or production planning, and experience with SAP/ERP tools and advanced Excel skills. Cross-functional collaboration is key.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business, finance or related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in demand planning or related supply chain roles.
Experience with forecasts, demand data, inventory or planning processes.
Experience using SAP or ERP planning tools.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookup, data analysis).

Responsibilities

Support preparation and review of demand forecasts using historical data and requirements.
Assist with regular demand reviews and provide data to planning teams.
Monitor forecast accuracy and investigate variances.
Maintain forecast profiles, planning parameters and system data.
Produce reports to support demand and supply planning decisions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align demand and supply plans.
Support SAP and other planning systems maintenance.
Prepare dashboards and presentations for reviews.
Document processes and assist training materials.
