Job summary

LaunchDarkly in Ireland is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Data & Analytics team. You will build and scale reliable data models, automate reporting, and support global analytics delivery focused on ARR, NRR, and related metrics.

You will partner with the Senior Data Analyst, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business logic into clean datasets, ensure data quality, and deliver dashboards across time zones.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in data analytics, BI, or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large structured datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Looker or similar data tools.
• Experience building and maintaining data models and dashboards.
• Ability to translate business logic into data transformations and ensure data accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data models using Snowflake and dbt.
• Implement standardized metrics such as ARR, NRR, and churn in the data layer.
• Automate reporting and support data pipeline automation with Data Engineering.
• Develop dashboards to provide consistent visibility into business performance.
• Validate data outputs and reconcile data across systems like Salesforce and billing.
• Collaborate with US and EMEA teams to deliver analytics outputs.
