Job summary

The Ardonagh Analytics Lab in Mullingar invites an experienced Data Analyst to join a growing team that turns data into business insights across the group. You will work across diverse datasets, translate data into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Visualisation teams to drive performance.

You’ll engage with stakeholders at all levels, build automated reporting and dashboards, and explore AI techniques to enhance decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong SQL querying, mining, manipulation, and segmentation.
• 2+ years' experience using Python or R.
• Knowledge of BI principles and analytics best practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering & Data Visualisation to maximise data value.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities within large datasets with recommendations.
• Enhance automated reporting and dashboards with commentary and recommendations.
• Support data governance, management and reporting processes across the Group.
• Explore AI/ML techniques to drive innovation and insights.
• Contribute to development of a world-class analytics function within the Lab.
