You will merge creative thinking with data insights to drive user acquisition and business growth, working with UA specialists, designers, and artists in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience as Creative Producer in mobile gaming or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of video/motion design workflows and static ad creatives.
• Knowledge of UA metrics (IPM, CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS) and their impact on campaigns.
• Experience translating insights into creative concepts and briefs.
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
• Intermediate English (B1) or higher.

Responsabilités

• Analyse creative performance and testing results to identify successful concepts and opportunities.
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, formats, and mechanics.
• Develop creative strategies and advertising angles aligned with UA objectives.
• Create briefs outlining concepts, references, visuals, and production requirements.
• Plan and organize production workflows and allocate resources efficiently.
• Oversee end-to-end production from briefing to asset delivery and revisions.
• Coordinate with UA teams, motion designers, and artists to align assets with objectives.
• Monitor timelines and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Document asset status, handovers, and testing readiness; report progress and learnings.
