Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Mobile Paid User Acquisition Manager based in Ireland. You will manage and scale paid UA campaigns across social platforms, search, and mobile DSPs for apps including games and subscription services.

You’ll own accounts end-to-end, analyze performance, coordinate MMPs, and provide data-driven insights to clients. Remote-friendly EU role with 40h/week and a 12-month fixed-term contract. English required; ASO and AI tool experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven experience managing paid user acquisition for mobile apps.
• Deep knowledge of major MMP platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Kochava).
• Strong understanding of mobile tracking, attribution and campaign measurement.
• Experience with SKAdNetwork (SKAN).
• Excellent reporting and client communication abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimize mobile paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, TikTok and other platforms.
• Plan and manage campaigns through Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
• Launch, monitor and optimize campaigns across mobile DSPs (AppLovin, Moloco, Mintegral, Kayzen, Unity).
• Coordinate MMP setups to ensure accurate measurement.
• Create reports using Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, Tableau and other BI tools against KPIs.
• Continuously analyze campaigns and implement improvement strategies.
• Prepare creative briefs for graphics teams and ensure assets support campaigns.
• Use UGC platforms to identify creators for promotions.
• Explore AI-powered tools to improve creative production and workflows.
• Communicate campaign performance, trends and KPIs to clients clearly.
• Own account targets, identify risks early and propose corrective actions.
• Advise clients on measurement topics including SKAN, attribution, and tracking.
• Share knowledge and contribute to team learning and industry visibility.
