Job summary

Spectrum.Life is seeking experienced Associate Practitioner Psychologists to join their remote team. You will deliver high-quality neurodiversity assessments and provide evidence-based psychological therapy to children and adults.

The role offers a flexible, self-employed contract, allowing you to work from anywhere in Ireland and contribute to an innovative, neuroaffirmative service that transforms lives.

Ideal candidates will have a doctoral qualification in psychology along with relevant experience in assessments and therapy.

Qualifications

• Doctoral qualification in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, or Educational).
• Chartered Membership of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
• Minimum two years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in neurodiversity assessment and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver neurodiversity assessments for children and adults via virtual platforms.
• Provide evidence-based psychological therapy to neurodivergent individuals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care.
• Produce high-quality written assessment reports.

Skills

Experience conducting neurodiversity assessments

Ability to administer ADOS-2 and ADI-R

Experience delivering psychological therapy

Strong knowledge of NICE guidelines

Education

Doctoral qualification in Psychology

Chartered Membership of the Psychological Society of Ireland
