Qualifications

• Strong Irish payroll experience in a bureau or multi-client environment.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience.
• Solid understanding of Irish payroll legislation and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and genuine care for your team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Client Payroll Executives.
• Run regular check-ins, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Plan workloads, schedule payrolls, and maintain high accuracy and productivity.
• Approve timesheets, leave, and other team administration.
• Oversee payroll processing for a portfolio of clients and ensure compliance.
