Job summary

IRIS Software Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end Irish payrolls for multiple clients in a bureau/outsource environment.

You will process monthly payrolls on time, handle deductions, benefits, and reporting, and ensure compliance with Irish legislation and GDPR. You’ll be the main contact for payroll queries, building strong client relationships and identifying efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• IPASS qualification or working towards it.
• Strong experience processing Irish payroll end-to-end.
• Experience managing multiple client payrolls.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end Irish payrolls for multiple clients.
• Processing monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Handling calculations, deductions, benefits, and reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with Irish legislation, GDPR, and internal standards.
• Acting as the main point of contact for payroll queries from clients and their employees.
• Building strong relationships with your clients - becoming someone they trust.
• Identifying ways to improve processes, efficiency, and automation.
• Supporting wider projects such as system improvements and testing.
