Job summary

Indero is seeking an Associate Director, Project Management to lead the Project Delivery function in Ireland. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee PM staff (PM I/II and Senior PMs), ensure delivery excellence, and align with GCP, SOPs, and sponsor expectations.

You will partner with senior leadership to scale delivery, drive workforce planning, mentor teams, and foster a high-performance culture while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency across studies.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in a field relevant to clinical project management.
• PMP certification is an asset.
• Minimum 7 years of combined experience in clinical research and project management.
• Experience leading CRO teams and line management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for Project Delivery function, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and growth objectives.
• Oversee KPI preparation, monitoring, and reporting; identify workflow improvements.
• Ensure staffing models support business needs, delivery excellence, and sustainable workload balance.
• Mentor Project Managers and support career development.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory requirements.
