Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services seeks a Director of Project Management to lead the PM team for its EMEA office in Dublin or Cork, Ireland. You will report to the EMEA Director of PM and ensure the PM function aligns with company needs.

The role involves maintaining profitable, compliant projects and developing programs for staff education and development, while driving growth across life sciences projects.

Qualifications

• 15 years of industry experience in Project Management.
• Engineering design background with pharma/biotech/nutraceutical projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage sizeable teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PM team for the EMEA office, Dublin or Cork.
• Develop and maintain sales efforts to hit growth targets.
• Identify SMEs and solicit support for client development.
• Assign project engineers/managers and oversee income-earning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethics.
