Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Integrator based in Ireland to turn AI strategies into practical, scalable solutions. You will design and deploy AI-powered workflows that integrate into existing operations, collaborating with AI teams and client stakeholders.

This hands-on role requires strong process design, systems integration, and the ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly implementations across CRM, ERP, and support systems. Flexibility to work remotely within Ireland is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in process design, systems integration, product implementation, digital transformation, or a similar field.
• Hands‑on experience configuring AI agents, copilots, automation platforms, or workflow solutions such as Zapier, LangChain, Azure AI, or comparable technologies.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, API orchestration, AI workflow design, and AI lifecycle processes.
• Strong understanding of how AI technologies can be operationalized across business functions, systems, and workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients, translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions.
• Strong systems‑thinking, documentation, project coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms is a plus.
• Highly detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on business value, usability, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable working in an evolving environment where AI technologies and implementation approaches continue to develop.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client workflows, operational processes, and business requirements to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation.
• Coordinate pilot implementations involving AI copilots, agents, retrieval‑augmented systems, and other AI‑powered solutions.
• Collaborate with AI specialists to design, configure, test, and deploy workflows tailored to client data, processes, and priorities.
• Integrate prompt libraries, memory structures, user interfaces, and AI capabilities into business platforms such as CRM, ERP, and customer support systems.
• Partner with AI design specialists to ensure user‑facing agents deliver appropriate behavior, tone, functionality, and user experience.
• Monitor AI solution adoption, gather feedback from users, and continuously improve workflows and configurations after launch.
• Support change management and client enablement activities, helping teams understand, adopt, and effectively use new AI‑powered solutions.
• Document systems, workflows, configurations, and implementation processes to ensure clarity, scalability, and long‑term maintainability.
• Coordinate implementation activities across technical and non‑technical stakeholders while keeping projects aligned with business objectives and expected outcomes.
