Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and explain where prompts fail, helping frontier AI systems improve in real-world use.

Contributors work from home and are paid weekly; pay depends on expertise with rates up to $18/hour. Applicants from multiple countries, including Ireland, are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flickering, or misalignment and describe findings in writing.
• Write concise explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
