Job summary

Outlier offers a fully remote, flexible contract opportunity paying up to $15 per hour to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening/body language.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating each output on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and providing written explanations.
