Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media for its remote evaluation platform. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling, with a freelance 1099 contract. Rates vary by expertise and project, paid weekly in USD via ACH, PayPal, or other methods. Applicants from Ireland are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to explain observations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better.
• Writing clear explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
