Outlier is hiring detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and able to clearly justify decisions with concise written explanations. Remote work is available worldwide, with ongoing access to leading LLMs and competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write specific explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
