Job summary

Jobgether, Ireland-based partner company, seeks a Content Marketing Lead to shape the narrative of a global HR technology business. You’ll own editorial strategy, spearhead flagship research, and build AI-powered systems to scale impact across channels.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders, agencies, and freelancers, operating autonomously to define governance, measurement, and quality standards for AI-enabled content that informs customers and drives growth.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in content, editorial, brand journalism, or similar, with senior ownership in B2B tech.
Proven ability to define company/category narratives adopted across teams.
Strong portfolio with external recognition and citations.
AI-first experience beyond drafting, incl. workflows and governance.
Exceptional English editorial judgment with high writing quality.
Ability to translate data/technical research into clear business insights.
Experience influencing executives without formal authority.
Scalable operating standards, roadmaps, and governance processes.
High autonomy with company-wide scope and no direct reports.
Strategic thinking, execution, judgment, and attention to detail.
Ability to challenge vague or off-brand work constructively.
Excellent organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English; reliable home internet for remote work.
Experience in HR tech/global employment/fintech/compliance is a plus.
Experience optimizing content for AI search visibility is advantageous.
Multimedia experience (video, podcasts, design) is beneficial.
Experience building in-house newsroom or original research program is a plus.
Experience across markets or languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Define and own long-term editorial and category strategy across multiple functions.
Establish narrative positions, evidence standards, and consistent language.
Develop and manage a multi-year editorial roadmap around flagship research.
Serve as final quality bar for editorial voice, sourcing, and accuracy.
Design and govern AI-powered research, brand voice, fact-checking, and repurposing systems.
Define governance on where AI leads vs human oversight or exec approval.
Establish content mechanisms and standards across Marketing and beyond.
Measure effectiveness using output, cycle time, cost, adoption, quality, impact.
Lead operating model for executive publishing and leadership storytelling.
Build original research using proprietary employment-related data.
Coordinate newsletters, podcasts, events, PR, analyst relations, and social content.
Link editorial decisions to business outcomes and pipeline growth.
Develop reporting and insights to guide leadership decisions.
Identify market trends and translate into strategy recommendations.
Mobilize senior stakeholders and freelancers without formal authority.
Set decision rights, rhythms, processes, and shared standards.
Shape long-term roadmap for content capability and scalability.
