Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a education AI company to recruit a Content & Creative Marketer on a freelance, part-time basis in Ireland. You will produce high-volume organic content, short-form video, static assets, landing pages, and email campaigns, leveraging generative AI to scale output while preserving quality.

You’ll shape positioning, messaging, and testing priorities for an early-stage product, with autonomy to build from scratch and direct influence on acquisition strategy, while

Qualifications

• 3+ years producing marketing content and creative assets.
• Experience with SaaS products and fast-moving digital businesses is desirable.
• Proven content used in paid acquisition campaigns.
• Strong short-form video production, editing, hooks and variations.
• Hands-on with generative AI for video, images, and text production.
• Strong conversion-focused copywriting across ads, landing pages, emails.
• Data-driven with understanding of CTR and cost per result; performance mindset.
• Fluent French and fluent English; German/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce short-form vertical video creatives and static assets for paid social campaigns.
• Create organic content and adapt formats and messaging to different social platforms.
• Develop landing pages, email sequences, and other campaign content.
• Use generative AI to industrialize creative output while preserving quality.
• Define positioning and messaging for key personas and testing priorities.
• Monitor trends and optimize creative concepts based on performance data.
• Collaborate with media buyers to develop briefs, iterations and variations.
• Track creative performance and inform future production decisions.
