Jobgether is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Ireland to lead complex engineering programs spanning multiple teams, systems, and domains. You will own scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs while coordinating across Engineering, Product, Design, Security, and GTM teams.

This role combines technical depth with strategic planning and hands-on delivery, enabling autonomous program leadership in a highly technical, AI-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large multi-team engineering programs.
• Deep technical intuition and ability to read engineering docs.
• Experience delivering complex initiatives at scale in AI-focused settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and exec audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering programs from definition to closeout.
• Define scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Drive cross-functional trade-offs and document decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers on technical details.
• Act as central coordination point across Engineering, Product, Design, Security, GTM.
• Establish operating cadence and provide clear program health updates.
• Identify blockers early and drive cross-organizational mitigation.
• Improve execution through lightweight processes and AI-native approaches.
