Job summary

Bending Spoons is hiring for a design/product role to craft high‑impact experiences across WeTransfer and other products. You will use AI tools to clarify intent, draft specs, and surface risks, while collaborating with PMs and engineers from day one to shape requirements and ship with quality.

You will prototype with AI, balance production-ready frontend work with design and UX, and Validate with customers to sharpen future releases.

Responsibilities

• Shape high-leverage product experiences from concept to delivery using top tools to explore directions and raise quality.
• Start with an LLM to clarify intent, draft specs, surface risks, align quickly with the team.
• Prototype and build with AI using Cursor and Claude Code, balancing code and design tools for best results.
• Co-create with PMs and engineers from day one, define UX requirements, stay through QA and release.
• Validate with customers, run quick tests, track funnels and adoption to inform direction.
• Identify highest-leverage bets from backlog and move fast to deliver.
