Liberty Music PR is seeking a results-driven A&R Outbound Sales Representative to work remotely on a freelance, self-employed basis. The role emphasizes daily prospecting, pitching, and closing new business with artists, labels, and managers.

Previous music industry experience is not required; the focus is on your ability to generate opportunities and close deals. As a remote team member, you will own your pipeline, hit quotas, and enjoy uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, outbound/cold-calling preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Comfortable discussing price early and closing deals.
• Resilient, thick-skinned, and able to handle rejection.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage day without supervision.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Based in UK or Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify by building a pipeline from scratch using platforms to identify potential clients.
• Pitch and close via outbound outreach; meet or exceed monthly quotas.
• Handle objections and move prospects toward signed deals.
• Manage your own pipeline and keep CRM up to date.
• Be the main contact post-close to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with team to convey client needs and campaign details.
• Stay current on press, radio, playlisting and TikTok to sell smarter.
