Job summary

Northern Trust in Limerick, Ireland, is seeking a Regulatory Reporting professional to join our Fund Administration division. You will help produce and oversee regulatory reporting solutions across Europe, working in a balanced hybrid model between office and home.

You'll engage with clients, regulators and internal teams, support business analysts, and contribute to process improvements. The role offers exposure to a dynamic European regulatory environment and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services/Asset Servicing/Fund Administration is desirable.
• Experience with outsourced, multi-location teams is desirable.
• Ability to build strong relationships with external clients.
• Self-motivated, innovative and analytical.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong ability to analyse data and identify errors.
• Commitment to producing high-quality work under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team on provision of daily and periodic regulatory reporting solutions.
• Engage with clients, internal departments, Regulators and Relationship Management on queries.
• Assist Business Analysts with building solutions for new reporting obligations.
• Assist with responding to queries on Regulatory Reporting requirements.
• Participate in cross training of partners across EMEA and outsourced locations.
• Promote proactive relationships with partners in Manila providing support.
• Assist with development of operational efficiencies to increase customer satisfaction.
