Jobgether SRL, a partner company, is seeking a Compliance Officer (Regulatory Focus) for e-money and payments, based in Ireland. You will lead EMI/PSD2 authorizations, safeguarding frameworks, and regulatory submissions across Europe and the UK, collaborating with senior compliance leadership in a remote-first fintech setting.

You will analyze regulatory changes, draft policies, and manage regulator correspondence, ensuring internal controls meet evolving requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in regulatory compliance or governance drafting.
• Minimum 3 years in EE A or UK authorized EMI/PI.
• Experience drafting governance narratives, policies, or safeguarding docs.
• Experience engaging with national authorities or the FCA.
• Strong safeguarding expertise including fund segregation and breach reporting.
• Knowledge of EMD2/PSD2 and UK regs incl. outsourcing/wind-down.
• Familiarity with DORA, AMLD, FATF, sanctions and governance.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple regulatory workstreams independently.

Responsabilités

• Lead EMI authorization workstreams across EEA, governing docs and controls.
• Manage UK EMI workstreams with FCA, safeguarding and governance.
• Develop safeguarding frameworks with evidence, reconciliations, and audits.
• Support PSD2 authorization and ongoing compliance for payments.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and regulator correspondence.
• Conduct regulatory gap analyses and remediation planning.
• Interpret legislation and translate requirements into internal controls.
• Monitor changes in EU/UK payments regulation and supervision.
• Maintain governance evidence for supervisory reviews and audits.
• Collaborate with Global Chief of Compliance on priority initiatives.
• Contribute to internal policies and controls for e-money and payments.
