Job summary

Next Generation in Ballydine, Co. Tipperary, invites applications for a Process Engineer to join a regulated manufacturing environment focused on introducing new processes and products, including product transfer, in collaboration with MSD.

The role spans process improvement, Lean Six Sigma and Change Management, leading cross-functional investigations while ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental regulations. A 12-month contract with potential to go permanent is offered.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have regulated manufacturing experience, preferably in Medical Device or Food.
• Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation background.
• Experience with a Maintenance Management System (SAP and/or EAM).
• Calibration experience with ProCal or similar.

Responsibilities

• Introduce new processes and/or products, including product transfer.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and Change Management tools to production problems.
• Lead and/or participate in cross-functional investigations into deviations, defining corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify and prioritise technical and business process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate improvements to processes, systems and behaviours.
• Support data-driven decision making across the site.
• Lead projects, facilitate Kaizens and coach sponsors and practitioners.
• Support manufacturing operations in compliance with quality, safety and environmental regulations.
• Work with the site's Maintenance Management System (SAP, transitioning to EAM).
• Carry out and support calibration activities (ProCal).
