Job summary

RIAI is seeking a Registered Architect to join our small design-focused team in Cork. You will contribute across all design stages, from inception to construction, bringing strong detailing, technical research, and report-writing skills to project teams.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have knowledge of Irish/UK building regulations, and demonstrate excellent drafting abilities. Flexible working time is offered as part of a collaborative, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with minimum 7-10 years post graduate experience across all design stages.
• Experience of projects at all stages - inception through construction to completion.
• Competence in detailing and technical research.
• Knowledge of Irish/UK building regulations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent drawing skills.
• CAD proficient; AutoCAD and Revit would be an advantage.
