Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Dublin is seeking a Registered Architect (RIAI / RIBA) with 6+ years of experience to lead a mix of residential, hospitality and leisure projects through to completion in a collaborative studio.

The ideal candidate will manage projects from concept to delivery, ensure compliance with current regulations, coordinate with clients and contractors, and mentor junior staff. Excellent hybrid working options and a comprehensive benefits package are on offer.

Qualifications

A medium-sized architectural design office in Dublin is growing and seeking to recruit a Registered Architect (RIAI / RIBA) to manage a range of residential, hospitality and leisure projects through to completion.

The ideal Architect will have in excess of 6 years experience, some of which must be post-professional registration, along with having proven success managing medium / large scale projects successfully in line with current industry regulations.

• A comprehensive knowledge of current industry regulations is essential
• Proficiency in BIM software (ArchiCAD / Revit)
• Proven ability to manage projects through all stages of delivery
• MUST hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
