Global Professional Consultants in Dublin is seeking an Architect/Graduate Architect to join a growing studio-based team. You will work on residential, retail, mixed-use, leisure and civic projects across Ireland, from concept to construction, with a focus on BCAR compliance.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years post-graduate experience, professional registration or working towards it, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Ireland work eligibility is required. Salary €55k–€65k DOE with benefits.

• Strong design and technical development skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Work on residential, leisure, hospitality and mixed-use projects from concept to construction.
• Collaborate with the studio team to develop designs and technical documentation.
• Apply BCAR and regulatory requirements throughout project stages.

An award-winning architectural studio in Dublin is hiring an experienced Architect / Graduate Architect to join their growing, studio based team. With a strong pipeline of medium and large-scale residential, retail, mixed-use, leisure, and civic projects, this is a great opportunity to step into a key role and work alongside a talented team.

The ideal Architect will preferably hold professional registration (or working towards it), along with 4 years+ post-graduate experience, along with full proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, along with full understanding of current planning and building regulations.

The successful Architect will have the opportunity to initially work residential, leisure, hospitality, and mixed-use developments across Ireland — from concept to construction.

Preferred skills & Experience:

• Registered Architect (RIAI / RIBA), or working towards professional registration
• 4+ years’ experience in architecture
• Strong design and technical development skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience with medium to large-scale residential, commercial or leisure projects
• Solid understanding of BCAR and building regulations is essential
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland
