Meitheal Architects in Dublin is seeking a talented RIAI Registered Architect to join our team. You will lead projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare sectors, from concept to construction, coordinating with clients and professionals to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years post-qualification experience, full eligibility to work in Ireland, and strong skills in AutoCAD/Revit, MS Office and Adobe Suite.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage projects from conceptual design through to construction, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Oversee site visits and ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and standards.
• Contribute to design with innovative and sustainable solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from conceptual design through to construction, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within budget
• Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Oversee site visits and ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and standards
• Contribute to the design process, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Candidate Profile

• RIAI Registered Architect
• A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland
• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, MS Office and Adobe Suite. Experience with ArchiCAD is advantageous but not essential, as training is provided
• Strong technical, design, and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience working on large-scale projects (hospitality, residential, or commercial)
