Job summary

Stiles Machinery is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee installation, maintenance and repair of equipment at customer sites across the region. You will lead a team of service technicians, ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.

The role combines technical leadership with financial acumen, budgeting, and P&L oversight, plus collaboration with sales and national service teams. Will travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years technical school or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in a service environment.
• Previous field service work in a technical area desired.
• Valid driver's license.
• SAP experience strongly preferred
• Salesforce experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop service technicians, supervisors, and staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with regional customers and handle escalations.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation and service execution.
• Develop and manage regional service strategy and budget.
• Monitor regional service P&L and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee approvals of service invoices and AR collections.
• Collaborate with regional sales, national service, and other departments.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on performance and initiatives.
