Job summary

Amazon’s EMEA Scheduling Manager leads regional scheduling strategy and governance across the data center portfolio. You will establish standards, cadence, and reporting to enable on-schedule delivery with internal teams and external contractors.

Reporting to Business & Project Controls, you will drive continuous improvement in schedule health, leverage data insights, and integrate with cost controls and BI teams to deliver executive visibility.

Qualifications

  • Experience in data center delivery, or mission-critical facilities, or similar industrial builds.
  • Ability to develop scheduling standards, governance, and project controls processes.
  • Strong CPM understanding, schedule risk analysis, delays, and recovery planning.
  • Experience reviewing contractor schedules and driving quality improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the EMEA scheduling strategy for Amazon's regional data center portfolio.
  • Establish scalable scheduling standards, governance, and best practices across EMEA.
  • Drive initiatives to improve schedule predictability and reporting consistency.
  • Collaborate with Global scheduling teams to align regional standards with global best practices.
  • Own and improve the EMEA Schedule Specification and governance to ensure contractor compliance.
