Uisce Éireann is seeking a Scheduling & Dispatch Supervisor to lead regional scheduling, dispatch and workforce optimisation across water operations. You will manage a dispersed team, ensure the timely progression of work orders, and coordinate field resources with a focus on efficiency and safety.

The role requires strong IT systems skills (Maximo, Salesforce, Power BI) and experience in a similar utility environment. Expect travel within the region and a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in water/utilities or similar industries desirable.
• Strong IT systems knowledge in scheduling, work management, and reporting.
• Experience managing a dispersed hybrid team and proven people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Enter work order requirements to generate schedules for operations, maintenance, capital and repairs.
• Dispatch work to field resources and ensure timely data entry in scheduling systems.
• Oversee regional scheduling and dispatch resources and maintain required skills and resources.
• Allocate work to specific resources and adjust schedules as changes arise.
• Prioritise and scope work for in-hours emergencies or unplanned events.
• Provide root cause analysis to support scheduling and dispatch improvements.
• Lead and develop a regional team to deliver scheduling and dispatch activities.
• Drive KPI monitoring, set performance standards, and ensure HSQE compliance.
