Job summary

Meath County Council is recruiting Regional Programme Managers for the Healthy Age Friendly Homes programme across Areas A, C and F. You will lead a regional team, ensure delivery of objectives, and report on progress to the National Programme Manager.

Reporting to the National Programme Manager, you will coordinate multi-agency collaboration, monitor outcomes, and drive regional delivery to support ageing well in communities.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Local Coordinators in their region.
• Implement regional plan for the HAFH rollout aligned with national objectives.
• Ensure delivery of KPIs and targeted caseload per county.
• Develop Local Coordinators and local area profiles of services for older people.
• Engage with agencies (HSE, Local Authority, Garda, NGOs) for programme support.
• Oversee monitoring/evaluation and regular progress reporting to the National Programme Manager.
