Comfort Keepers Ireland is seeking a Community Care Manager to lead our homecare team across Dublin North and Dublin South. You will oversee care plans, supervise the home support workers, and maintain exceptional client satisfaction.

The role combines office duties with community engagement, ensuring HIQA standards are met and regulatory compliance. A nursing, social care, or healthcare management background and a full driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Care, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare, homecare, or client services role.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIQA homecare regulations and best practices.
• A full, clean driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and families, managing care plans and needs.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the home support worker team to ensure high-quality care.
• Conduct client assessments, create personalised care plans, and oversee care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and homecare regulations.
• Coordinate care staff schedules and manage resources to meet client needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external healthcare providers.
