Job summary

Total Dental Ireland is seeking an experienced regional leader to guide a portfolio of practices across the greater Dublin area, driving patient care, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. You will partner with Practice Managers, clinicians, and senior leaders to elevate performance and culture.

About You

You’ll likely be an experienced Dental Practice Manager, Multi-Site Manager, or Regional Leader with:

• Experience working in Irish dental practices, including strong knowledge of dental practice operations and performance drivers, is essential
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
