Job summary

Horizons is recruiting a Regional Manager for Person Centred Services and Supports in Cork. You will support day-to-day delivery, work with the operations team to ensure person-centred, rights-based services across Cork city and county.

The role requires a minimum Level 8 QQI in Health/Social Care or equivalent, 4+ years management experience, and a full driving licence. A 35-hour week and competitive salary apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 8 QQI qualification in Health/Social Care or equivalent.
• Four years of management experience including financial and staff management.
• Must have valid work permission for Ireland and be eligible to work in Ireland.
• Experience delivering Health and Social Care Person Centred Services and supports.
• Experience enabling individuals to live independent, meaningful lives in communities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Proven leadership to organize, motivate and develop teams.
• Full driver’s licence and access to own vehicle.
• Flexible working approach including on-call availability for a 24/7 service.

• Support the Operational leadership team in day-to-day delivery of Horizons PCSS.
• Help realise Horizon’s vision of person-centred, inclusive supports.
• Lead, motivate and develop teams to deliver high-quality services.
