Job summary

TSA Riley Infrastructure seeks a Regional Lead for Ireland to own growth across the Irish market. You will combine strategic leadership, client management and business development to establish our Ireland presence and win work.

The role focuses on building relationships, developing the Irish team, and coordinating with the UK and TSA Riley Group to leverage expertise and client networks.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an infrastructure consultancy environment.
• Proven client account management and relationship development.
• Strong track record in business development and winning new work.
• Experience leading, developing and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of the Irish infrastructure market.
• Experience across Rail, Transport or Water sectors.
• Discipline knowledge in Project Controls, Planning, Risk/Cost/Project Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and growth of TSA Riley Infrastructure's Ireland business.
• Develop and implement regional business strategy aligned with TSA Riley growth plans.
• Build senior relationships with key infrastructure clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee bidding, proposals and cross-functional solution development.
• Lead a high-performing regional team and coordinate with UK/global peers.
