Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Senior Associate Director to lead property access, approvals and stakeholder coordination across major rail, transport, energy and essential-services programmes in Ireland or Northern Ireland. This permanent, full-time role will provide senior leadership across a regional portfolio, with responsibility for delivery quality, team development, client relationships and commercial performance.

We are looking for an individual presently based in Ireland or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

Director-level leadership experience within rail, transport, infrastructure or property access.
Experience coordinating stakeholders across large programmes.
Strong commercial awareness with project finances.

Responsibilities

Set priorities and operating rhythm for regional team; allocate work and support development.
Lead delivery of complex infrastructure assignments from mobilisation to completion.
Maintain senior-level client relationships and provide practical advice on property access and approvals.
Develop regional pipeline through networking, bid support and account development.
Coach colleagues and promote delegation across the practice.
Maintain control of project economics including forecasting and invoicing.
Provide guidance on challenging land, stakeholder or approvals issues.
