Job summary

TSA Riley Infrastructure is expanding its Irish presence and seeks an experienced Regional Lead for Ireland. You will own growth, blend strategic leadership with client management and technical expertise, and work closely with the wider TSA Riley leadership to build a strong Irish market presence.

Initially you will focus on relationship-building, opportunity identification and winning work, while establishing the Irish team and office and aligning with the UK-based capabilities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in infrastructure consultancy.
• Proven client account management & relationship development.
• Strong track record in business development and winning new work.
• Experience leading, developing and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of the Irish infrastructure market.
• Experience across Rail, Transport or Water sectors.
• Experience in Project Controls, Planning, Risk Management, PM or Cost Management.
• Knowledge of the Irish infrastructure market and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Right to work in Ireland; based in Dublin or Cork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and growth of TSA Riley Infrastructure's Ireland business.
• Develop and implement the regional business strategy in line with the growth plan.
• Establish a strong market presence and reputation across the Irish infrastructure sector.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing Ireland team.
• Collaborate with UK and TSA Riley Group to leverage expertise and client relationships.
• Identify opportunities, win work, and develop foundations of the Irish team and office.
• Manage senior-level relationships with infrastructure clients and stakeholders.
