Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Regional KYC Operations Manager to lead AML/KYC activities from Limerick, providing strategic direction, governance and performance oversight. Qualifications

• Extensive AML/KYC operations experience in financial services.
• Deep knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and global frameworks.
• Strong governance, risk management and first line risk ownership.
• Proven senior leadership and people-development experience.
• Experience interacting with auditors and senior compliance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for KYC operations in Limerick aligned with global AML strategy.
• Act as accountable owner for AML/KYC services from Limerick with governance and controls.
• Oversee end-to-end KYC delivery across onboarding, periodic reviews and client exits.
• Ensure high-quality KYC reviews and adherence to SLAs and regulatory expectations.
• Lead stakeholder relationships and support internal/regulatory examinations.
• Oversee regulatory change adoption and capacity planning in Limerick.
