Sherpa Kids in Ireland is seeking a Regional Development Lead to join our Head Office team. This senior position blends operational leadership with regional growth, guiding Area Managers to drive performance and service quality across our expanding network.

You will cultivate high-performing teams, shape processes for scalability, and identify opportunities to grow the business while maintaining safeguarding and quality childcare standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 8 qualification in Business, Childcare, Education, Leadership, HR, Marketing or a related field.
• Significant experience leading multi-site teams within a service-based environment.
• Strong understanding of business performance, growth and operational sustainability.
• Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Experience managing and developing leaders.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to interpret performance data.
• Full clean driving licence and Own vehical.
• Experience within childcare, education or a regulated environment.
• Experience supporting organisational growth and change.
