Engage People Recruitment is seeking a Regional Financial Planning Manager to lead the South West and Mid West region. You will inherit a high-performing team, manage your own client book and help scale the business as growth continues.

Job description

Take on a senior regional role within one of Ireland's fastest-growing domestic financial services businesses. Following continued expansion and acquisition-led growth, the business is adding this position to strengthen its Financial Planning leadership across the South West and Mid West region.

You’ll inherit a high-performing team, manage your own established book of clients and benefit from a strong flow of new business opportunities. It's a role offering significant earning potential alongside the opportunity to influence how the region develops as the wider business continues to scale.

The role

As Regional Financial Planning Manager, you'll combine client-facing financial planning with responsibility for the performance and development of the regional team.

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of financial planning clients.
• Deliver against personal revenue and new business targets.
• Lead, coach and support a team of Financial Planners across the region.
• Drive regional performance, opportunity conversion and business growth.
• Support the team with complex or high-value client opportunities.
• Build relationships with professional introducers and local business networks.
• Translate wider business priorities into clear regional activity and objectives.
• Maintain strong standards across client advice, governance and regulatory compliance.

Is this you?

• You are QFA and CFP-qualified, with strong experience in financial planning, wealth management or financial advice.
• You have a proven commercial track record and are comfortable managing both client relationships and revenue targets.
• You have experience leading or developing advisers and can create accountability while maintaining a positive, high-performance environment.
