Engage People Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Financial Planning professional to build a strong book of business with an established client base. Based in the Midlands with regional flexibility, you’ll nurture long-term relationships and grow your portfolio across Ireland.

You will join an experienced leadership team, enjoy flexible working arrangements and a compelling commission structure designed to maximise earning potential while maintaining regulatory compliance and client fiduciary

Qualifications

• QFA qualified with at least 5 years' experience in Financial Planning, Life & Pensions, or Wealth Management.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and broader financial planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and existing relationships.
• Provide tailored financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and savings solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive client reviews and financial fact-finding meetings.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional financial planning services.
• Build long-term client relationships through ongoing support and regular engagement.
• Ensure all recommendations meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to support growth and referral opportunities.
