Job summary

Covestic Inc in Clonee, Ireland is seeking an experienced Regional Safety Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our EHS program across client sites, including data centres and high-risk facilities. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to ensure safe, compliant operations and high reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in senior EHS or safety management role.
• Experience implementing multi-site EHS management systems and ISO 45001/14001.
• Strong knowledge of Irish and EU safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs across sites.
• Lead risk assessments, RAMS, JHAs, and control measures.
• Manage permit-to-work systems, LOTO, energy isolation, and change management.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety dashboards, metrics, and management reports.
• Prepare for audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
