Job summary

Logiskills Group, on behalf of a Dublin-15 based international technology hardware company, seeks a Regional EHS Lead to oversee environmental, health and safety compliance across EMEA. The role emphasizes audits, regulatory adherence, training, and driving a strong safety culture with ~30% international travel.

It also includes Ireland-specific multisite facilities support and close collaboration with local teams.

Qualifications

• Multi-site or regional EHS experience across offices, operations, and warehousing.
• Proven knowledge of health and safety legislation across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Strong auditing capability with actionable compliance reporting.
• Effective training delivery and stakeholder engagement across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site audits across EMEA locations to ensure compliance with local health and safety laws.
• Produce audit reports with prioritized action plans and track closure with site leads.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with country-specific health and safety regulations across the region.
• Design and deliver health and safety training programs tailored to local requirements.
• Develop, maintain and communicate EHS policies aligned to EMEA needs.
• Act as regional EHS contact and escalate risks appropriately.
• Monitor regulatory developments and proactively update the organization.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems as relevant.
• Coordinate EHS induction and training programs for site personnel.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations for Irish sites, including vendor management and space planning.
