Job summary

TD Securities in Dublin, Ireland seeks a senior leader to drive regional data management and governance across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. The role reports to the TDGF CIO in Dublin, with dotted lines to EDMO leadership, focusing on regulatory alignment and enterprise integration.

You will build and operate the regional data management office, coordinate with technology and control partners, and deliver executive-level progress reports to leadership and regulators as required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve regional data operating model with clear ownership across hub and spoke structure.
• Align regional data governance with Enterprise Data Management Standard and regulatory expectations.
• Develop, communicate, and implement Europe and Asia Pacific data management strategy.
• Lead regional data program aligned with EDMO strategy and enterprise requirements.
• Integrate regional DMO into enterprise governance forums and provide executive reporting.
