Job summary

TD Securities, based in Dublin, Ireland, seeks an experienced IT Auditor to join the regional internal IT Audit team. The role focuses on performing operational IT audits across Europe/Asia Pacific and supporting the global IT Audit function.

You will execute audits, test controls, and contribute to planning documents while ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables and independent opinion on internal controls.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years IT audit/IT risk management experience.
• IT Audit certification such as CISA preferred.
• IT internal audit experience essential.
• Strong understanding of technology risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in audits covering ITGC, ITAC, IT Projects, and related controls.
• Capital Markets knowledge is a plus.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, TD leadership values.

Responsibilities

• Execute audits for an assigned business, function, or project.
• Perform testing of controls including walkthroughs, test scripts, and issue management.
• Develop Audit Planning Memoranda, Process Risk & Control Matrices, Findings Grid, and Audit Reports.
• Contribute to audit planning and risk assessments for audits.
• Manage ongoing audit communications with clients during and after audits.
• Present objective audit opinions and recommendations to clients and management.
• Follow up on findings per firm policy.
• Provide SME input on projects and risk areas.
• Support risk assessment to identify key risks and control gaps.
