Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Regional Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning activities across a regional portfolio of data centre projects. The role includes strategic oversight, governance, and technical leadership, with travel across projects in the designated region.

The incumbent will drive standards, manage commissioning programmes and work closely with Project Directors, Construction, QA/QC, Engineering and Operations to ensure successful delivery and operational readiness.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
10+ years' commissioning experience, with leadership in large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight to regional commissioning teams across multiple projects.
Develop and implement regional commissioning strategies, standards, and best practices.
Oversee commissioning programmes, milestones and critical path activities to align with schedules.
Escalate risks and technical challenges; manage client, consultant, and vendor relationships.
Ensure documentation, test scripts and handover packages meet client and project requirements.
Promote safety and continuous improvement within commissioning functions.
