Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Regional MEP Manager to lead MEP delivery across multiple data-centre projects in the region. You will manage cross-functional teams through pre-construction, construction and commissioning, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence.

The role requires significant experience in MEP leadership on large-scale projects, strong commercial awareness and willingness to travel within the region. Based in Dublin with European project assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Significant experience leading MEP delivery on large-scale, mission-critical projects such as data centres, pharmaceutical or industrial facilities.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple projects or regional operations.
• Strong commercial awareness with budget, change control and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of MEP teams across multiple regional projects.
• Drive successful delivery of MEP packages from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Support project teams in developing construction, procurement and commissioning strategies.
• Review designs to improve buildability, cost efficiency, and programme certainty.
• Monitor regional project performance against key programme, safety, quality and commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with Project Directors and senior management to identify risks and mitigation measures.
• Ensure consistency in MEP delivery standards, processes and reporting across projects.
• Provide technical guidance to Project Managers, MEP Leads and Engineering teams.
• Oversee procurement activities and timely release of MEP packages and long-lead equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders for successful execution.
• Promote collaboration, continuous improvement and innovation across the region.
