Requirements include NMBI registration as a General Nurse, CDM experience, and willingness to travel within the network. Working pattern is 8–16 hours per week in a hybrid arrangement across sites.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with NMBI
• CDM experience in General Practice preferred
• Knowledge of CDM processes and patient pathways
• Ability to travel across network and support locations

Responsibilities

• Educate practice staff on CDM/PP/OCF programme requirements
• Support practices to streamline CDM processes and ensure efficiency
• Share tips to manage DNAs and appointment management
• Drive coding within practices and update CDM collateral
