Job summary

Point of Care in Dublin is seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our on-the-road team. You will travel across the Leinster area delivering patient care, supporting multiple services, and performing home visits for injections and venepuncture.

This role offers a varied and dynamic workload, with shifts scheduled over a 39-hour week, Monday to Sunday, and opportunities to work from home on support lines when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse required.
• Proficient in phlebotomy, cannulation/ infusion experience.
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
• Good IT skills.
• Excellent communication skills in all formats, including face-to-face and virtual interactions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out home visits to support patients with self-injections or venepuncture.
• Travel across the Leinster area to see patients and manage own caseload.
• Support patients' lines remotely where appropriate.
• Work across multiple clinical settings in a diverse range of services.
